مع اقتراب موعد طرح النسخة الجديدة من نظام تشغيل ويندوز فون الخاص بشركة مايكروسوفت، تزداد التسريبات والشائعات التي تتحدث عن هذه النسخة التي ستحمل رقم 8.1، ومعظم الشائعات كانت قد ركّزت على ميزتين أساسيتين هما “كورتانا” Cortana؛ وهو المساعد الصوتي شبيه سيري على iOS، و Action Center؛ وهو مركز للإشعارات.
اليوم جاءت تسريبات جديدة مرفقة بصور، تمكن من تسريبها أحد المطورين الذين حصلوا على حزمة تطوير البرمجيات SDK الخاصة بالنسخة الجديدة. وعلى الرغم من أن الميزتين الأساسيتين لم يتسرب عنهما أي جديد، إلا أن التسريب الجديد جلب معه معلومات عديدة أخرى.
أحد المعلومات التي يحملها التسريب الجديد هو كيفية عمل مايكروسوفت لتوحيد الجهود ما بين ويندوز فون 8.1 وويندوز آر تي 8.1، وذلك في محاولة منها لجعل التطبيقات عالمية ويمكن لها أن تعمل على المنصتين معًا. وسيتمكن المطورين باستخدام SDK الجديدة من إنشاء تطبيقات تناسب الجهتين.
كما يفترض أن تسمح نسخة ويندوز فون 8.1 الجديدة بتثبيت التطبيقات على بطاقة الذاكرة الخارجية، وبالتالي تحرير المزيد من المساحة الداخلية، وهي أحد الميزات التي ينتظرها الكثيرون.
هذا وقد تم إجراء تعديلات على جانب التطبيقات المرفقة مع النظام، حيث تم إضافة تطبيق خاص لمراقبة البطارية ومعظم تطبيقات Bing، بالإضافة إلى تعديل اسم خدمة SkyDrive لتصبح OneDrive؛ وهو الاسم الجديد الذي اختارته مايكروسوفت للخدمة، كما تم استبدال تطبيق Music+Video بتطبيق جديد يدعى Music والذي يشبه تطبيق إكس بوكس للموسيقى.
بالإضافة إلى هذه التغييرات، هناك ميزة جديدة يبدو أن مايكروسوفت ستفاجئ بها مستخدمي ويندوز فون 8.1، وهي إمكانية تعديل التطبيق الافتراضي الخاص بالرسائل SMS، ليصبح بالإمكان اختيار أي تطبيق من تطبيقات الطرف الثالث ليكون هو الأساسي والخاص بالمراسلة.
كما تم إضافة العديد من التحسينات الجمالية على التحديث الجديد، مع إصلاحات وتغييرات متعددة، وإضافة إيماءات لإخفاء وإظهار أزرار التنقل على الشاشة، بالإضافة إلى تحسين عمل زر الرجوع ليقوم بتعليق التطبيق بدلًا من إيقافه بشكلٍ نهائي، وبالتالي أسلوب متميز لاستخدام تعدد المهام، وكذلك خيار خاص لإدارة حسابات الـ VPN.
على أي حال، تبقى هذه التسريبات غير مؤكدة، وبالتالي لا يمكن الوثوق بها بالكامل، وعلينا الانتظار ريثما تعلن مايكروسوفت عن التحديث الجديد الذي يُفترض أن يكون ضمن مؤتمر المطورين الخاص بمايكروسوفت Build، والمقرر عقده بتاريخ 2 أبريل القادم.
