يبدو أن هناك الكثير من المواقع تتجه لتطوير فكرة وجود موسوعة متخصصة على الإنترنت، من موسوعة خاصة بالرياضيين وموسوعة خاصة بالصور، تظهر لنا موسوعة جديدة متخصصة للخطوط.
فموسوعة Typedia تقوم بعرض الكثير من الخطوط وأنواعها ومتى بدأ استخدام الخط ومن قام بتصميمه وتطويره، كل معلومة متعلقة عن أي خط نجدها في هذه الموسوعة والتي يمكن لأي شخص أن يضيف خط ويعدل على المعلومات، بالإضافة للمعلومات عن الخط يمكن للمستخدم من وضع أمثلة على الخط في الموسوعة، ذلك أنصح مصممي الخطوط العربية بإضافة معلوماتهم لهذه الموسوعة، فالكثير منهم قام بتصميم خطوط تستخدم في الكثير من التطبيقات المعروفة مثل الفوتوشوب، وأعتقد أن هذا الموقع وسيلة لحفظ حقوقهم.
